Each time the AI analyzes a website or YouTube video, it counts as one classification. Repeated visits to the same site use the cached verdict and don't count again — cached verdicts never expire and refresh from the free shared Child Web Guard directory when possible, so AI is only re-spent when a site actually changes.
By default, content is allowed when quota is exhausted (so your child isn't suddenly blocked from everything). You can change this to "block" in settings. Upgrade to Monthly for unlimited classifications.
Yes. Install Child Web Guard on each Windows PC and sign in with the same account — settings sync automatically. There's no per-device limit and no per-child charge.
Child Web Guard protects Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. It needs a Windows 10 or 11 PC — one installer sets everything up.
No. Child Web Guard classifies content in real time and only stores the verdict (allowed/blocked) with a category label. We don't store browsing history, URLs visited, or page content. Your child's privacy is protected.
A tech-savvy child can remove an ordinary browser add-on — which is why Child Web Guard installs a small Windows app that keeps protection locked in place. Your child cannot uninstall it, disable it, or work around it.
Yes. Cancel from the Stripe Customer Portal at any time. Your Monthly plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to Free. No cancellation fees, no phone calls.
