W.Control was born in 2025 in Singapore, when a group of parents and engineers realized that existing parental control tools were either too blunt (blocking entire categories of sites) or too weak (easily bypassed by tech-savvy kids).
We asked: what if parental control could be intelligent? What if it could tell the difference between a child researching dinosaurs on Wikipedia and a child falling into a YouTube rabbit hole of prank videos? What if it respected a child's curiosity while protecting their wellbeing?
That question became W.Control. We built an AI-powered system that understands context, learns from parent feedback, and adapts to each family's values. Not a one-size-fits-all filter — a thinking shield.
Today, W.Control protects children across Chrome and Edge browsers, with a desktop agent that makes the protection tamper-proof. We're just getting started.
